TomBradyHomes.com is the real estate website of Thomas Brady, a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with Vintage American Realty, LLC, a New York licensed real estate brokerage.
If you contact me through this website, by email, or by telephone, I may receive information such as your name, email address, telephone number, property address, selling timeframe, the nature of your real estate inquiry, and any information you choose to include in your message.
The contact form on this website is processed through Formspree, a third-party form-processing service. Information submitted through that form is transmitted through Formspree so that your inquiry can be delivered to me.
This policy also covers the VAR CRM Meta app and its use to receive and manage real estate inquiries for Thomas Brady and Vintage American Realty, LLC. VAR CRM is the brokerage's customer relationship management system at var-crm.com.
When you submit one of our Facebook or Instagram Instant Forms, Meta provides us with the information you submit. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, buying or selling timeframe, areas of interest, property information, and answers to the form's questions. We may also receive the submission time and identifiers for the lead, form, Facebook Page, and associated advertising, where available.
The VAR CRM integration retrieves these inquiries from Meta and stores them as contact records. The information is used to respond to your request, assign the inquiry to an appropriate agent, create follow-up tasks, send internal email alerts, and keep records of related communications. Authorized brokerage personnel and service providers supporting our CRM, hosting, and email services may process this information for those purposes.
When an authorized Page administrator connects a Facebook Page to VAR CRM, the integration uses the Page information, access credentials, and permissions granted through Meta to check access, retrieve form submissions, and receive notifications of new leads. These credentials are used to operate the connection.
Submitting a Facebook or Instagram form is separate from allowing Pixel tracking on this website. The website's tracking choice does not prevent Meta from processing a form you submit on its services. Meta's handling of information on Facebook and Instagram is described in Meta's Privacy Policy. You can request correction, deletion, or an end to follow-up using the instructions below.
Information you provide may be used to respond to your inquiry, communicate with you about real estate services you request or ask about, prepare requested real estate information or valuations, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

The landing page’s tracking code does not send the name, email, telephone number, property address or selling timeframe entered in the form to Meta. Those form details are sent through Formspree to respond to your inquiry. Advertising campaign labels included in the landing page URL, such as the campaign name and source, are also included with the inquiry so its source can be identified.
You can decline advertising tracking and still use the form. Your choice is stored in this browser’s local storage. To change it, use Advertising privacy choices on the seller landing page. Declining stops subsequent Meta tracking from that page; it does not erase information already received by Meta. The page also disables Meta tracking when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. These choices apply to this browser and this landing page.
